One person reads everything that arrives here, and answers within one business day. Start in the right place and it will be faster.
Locked out, MFA not working, an invitation that never arrived, or you paid and nothing changed. This form doesn't need an account — it reaches us directly.
Get account help →Password reset, if that's all it is: reset it here.
An invoice, a charge you don't recognise, an upgrade that didn't apply, or cancelling.
Ask about billing →If you can sign in, open a ticket instead — Help → Support in the left-hand nav.
We answer within one business day, and usually the same day. Verstavo is a small team, so that is a number we can actually keep rather than an aspiration — if something is genuinely urgent, say so in the first line and it gets read first.
Tell us and we'll fix it straight away — use the billing door above and include the email on the account. You will not be charged twice, and you don't need to pay again.
Every account is also re-checked against our payment processor once a day, so an upgrade that didn't apply gets caught on its own. Telling us is faster.
Cancel yourself, any time — no email required and nobody will try to talk you out of it. In the app, open Settings (the gear, top right) and press Manage next to your plan; the same button sits on the plans page as Manage Subscription. Either one opens our payment processor's own portal, where you can also change card or download invoices.
Access then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, not to the moment you clicked cancel. Your books, tapes and saved work stay exactly where they are; if you come back, they are still there.
30 days of Advanced — the whole thing, not a sampler — and no card. Nothing charges at the end; the account simply drops to the free view unless you choose a plan. See pricing for what each plan opens.
Your tape is never sent to a language model. The portfolio read-outs are computed, not generated — every line traces to a number in your own data, which is also why they can name your assets.
Your book is visible to the people you have invited into it and to nobody else's organisation. What we hold, how it is encrypted and who can reach it is set out on the security page.
Public and regulatory sources — CMBS and CRE CLO investor reporting, bank call reports, agency disclosure, and federal statistical series — refined into something comparable. The methodology names the sources and what each number can and cannot support, and track record shows how the reads have held up.
If coverage is missing where you need it, tell us — that request is how the coverage list gets ordered.
Ask us and we'll send you your book back in the format you loaded it. There is no one-click export button yet — that's a gap, not a policy, and it's on the list. Losing access to the product should never mean losing access to your own tape.
